Getting around Nusa Penida is best done by renting a scooter or hiring a driver for the day. While renting a scooter is undoubtedly the most fun way to get around Nusa Penida, you should know the island’s roads are less developed, so be prepared for bumpy rides, especially when visiting off-the-beaten-path spots.
Basically, you need to make your way to the Yellow Bridge (Lembongan Side) and get a boat over to Nusa Penida. The boat back to Nusa Lembongan will go from the same beach (Toyapakeh Harbour) and leaves 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm and 5 pm.
