Theglow plug light never comes on , even at -3 deg C . The engine smokes for about 15 secs after it does reluctantly start . The smoke is white . The car runs like a dream once it has started . If i disconnect the water temp sensor wire then the glow plug light comes on and the engine starts with no smoke .
